Confusion

There isn't a better way to put it. We went to a new class today. It turned out to be a class for writing a dissertation. 8000 words. Not happening. I think they must have missed up our schedules. But who knows? Anyways, I'm just waiting for my luggage now. D just got an email from British Airways and this is what it said:

"We know that getting our customers’ bags to the right place is a critical part of our operation. That’s why we worked so hard to improve the baggage system at Terminal 5, and it is now one of the most advanced systems in the world."

Ok. Lets break this down.
"We know that getting our customers' bags to the right place is a critical part of our operation."
DUH. Its our stuff. Get it back.

"That's why we worked so hard to improve the baggage system at Terminal 5."
Wow.I wish I could have seen it before the improvements.

AND THE BEST PART:
"It is now one of the most advance systems in the world."
