This is the mess that was London Heathrow Airport. According to the baggage claim manager, there were 80,000 bags that were pretty much thrown in piles from delayed flights. And not one of them were ours. Poo. But we are all settled now, thank jebus. Still without luggage. But we are finally clean and with sweatpants now. Yey for sweatpants.
